Zoodle Pasta | Grocer Collective


2 cups Zucchini noodles
2 tbsp Butter Butter

1 clove

Garlic, chopped Organic Peeled Garlic
1 cup Corn, cut off the cob Organic Bi-Color Corn
2 tbsp Cherry tomatoes, halved Organic Mini Heirloom Tomatoes
2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
1 tbsp Basil, chopped
1 tbsp Salt  



Step 1

  • In a large saute pan, heat butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until aromatic.

Step 2

  • Add tomatoes and corn. Cook for 4 minutes.

Step 3

  • Add zoodles and stir to combine. Cook for another 4 minutes. Add parsley, basil, and salt. Garnish with parmesan and enjoy!

*Serve with grilled meat or fish, or enjoy as a gluten free pasta dish!
