The Ronnybrook family has been in business for over 70 years, operating in the Hudson Valley of New York. Ronnybrook's European-style butter is churned in small batches. It is rich and creamy with a butterfat content of about 85%. The high butterfat is attained by removing as much of the moisture as possible. This butter style is preferred by chefs because of the resulting higher flash point (smoking point).
