Hand cut from the loin of Certified Black Angus cattle raised in the Midwest, these filet mignon medallions are the perfect single portion. It has minimal fat but is rich in flavor with a smooth, buttery texture. Our beef tenderloin steaks arrive completely trimmed and ready to roast, pan-sear or grill. Because they contain so little fat, it's best to serve them rare or medium-rare.
